Can I return to normal activity?
Yes. If the treatment was with sclerotherapy, IPL or laser, the compression applied is removed the following morning. If surgery was carried out, most of our patients return to work the same afternoon or the following day.
Are there any side effects?
There can be bruising in the areas of treatment. If there is any discomfort post surgery nothing stronger than Tylenol is recommended.
Can I drive after surgery?
Yes. Only local anesthesia is used and this allows the person to carry our normal activities.
